When I met Gary while he assisted my son in finding a home He was so patient and so much knowledge of the real estate market I decided To ask Gary to sell my condo. He was so so helpful during the whole process I felt I was informed and understood every step. What more could one expect.

He provided the professionalism and expertise that I needed to guide me through the entire home search and buying process. Furthermore, he went the extra steps in making sure that my dream home actually became reality by providing suggestions, guidance or recommendations which proved very effective during this entire process, as well as coordinating and handling the home inspection while I was unavailable, which ultimately allowed me to close the deal very quickly. Additionally, Gary stayed in contact and periodically made sure that I had no questions or concerns during the various idle times in-between the mortgage application and closing, which was very much appreciated. Gary made sure that I had no worries and he was always available via text messages, telephone call, or in-person, if needed. Therefore, at the end of the day, I honestly felt he had my best interest in mind, so I highly recommend Gary Vroom and I would contract his services again if I ever decided to buy another home in the future.

He always thought about what we wanted and did his best to find the houses that fit as much of what we wanted as possible. He made himself available at all times, and when we needed him he was always there. Buying our first home was amazing and made possible by Gary. Can't thank him enough!
