Mike and Susan were amazing. They helped with our small children so we could focus on details in the homes we viewed. They packed cold beverages and snacks for the kids to help them feel more comfortable as we spent long days viewing houses. They checked in frequently to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything that was going on. Their schedule was flexible and they always made time for us. They gave us solid advice on how to find reasonably priced appliances and had good recommendations for anything we needed. The only downfall was that our homebuying experience didn't last longer so we could spend more time with Mike and Susan. If we ever buy a home again we will definitely use them.

Mike and Susanne Garland were such a joy to work with. As a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions which they patiently answered. They even went above and beyond making sure I had all information I needed, including things I wouldn't have even thought of! Many people warned me that home buying was a stressful long process, but the Garlands made it such a seamless and pleasant experience! Highly recommend.

Mike and Susanne make a phenomenal team. I am most impressed by the patience they had with us while we selected a home, and the efficiency they displayed in the whole process. As first time and first generation home buyers, we came to them with little knowledge of the process and they were able to assist us with getting through it as smoothly as possible. Anyone we hear are even thinking about purchasing a home either now or in the future, we give them Mike and Susanne's names. It was a complete joy to work with them. Being new to the state, we relied heavily on Mike and Susanne to help us find a nice house that fits our needs in a safe community. They greatly exceeded our expectations with how involved they were through the whole process I cant say enough good things about them, they were simply the best. We hit the jackpot when Mike and Susanne were assigned by the relocation company to us. I was nervous not knowing who we would get but even before we met they were a dedicated team to help us. They were organized and very easy to reach. Closing didn't end the relationship when they checked up on us and recommended professional services we needed.

Mike & Susanne Garland were the perfect choice for us. We were moving cross country, leaving family behind and the first thing Susanne did was to give my wife a reassuring hug before we even began to discuss property.
