Mike and Susanne had the key personal qualities we desired--high integrity, very personable, great listeners, and a superb marketing plan. Priced right, strong negotiator, quick sale! Staging by Ani was superb. I believe it was a key factor in the house selling quickly. Top notch service from start to finish. Mike and Susanne were there for us and with us throughout the entire process. They were knowledgable, personable, available, and extremely helpful in every aspect of the sale of our home. Could not have asked for more!

At the beginning of the process, I wasn't even sure if purchasing a home would be possible. I had just turned 21 and I had good, but still very young credit; regardless Mike and Susanne were able to get the ball rolling almost immediately. As far as the house is concerned, I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for and when I finally found it, they took it from there. They made what is usually a stressful escrow and negotiation process practically seamless. I absolutely could NOT have done this without them and I absolutely WILL be recommending them.

Thank God For Mike and Suzanne!! The seller(owner/agent) they had to deal with was VERY difficult to deal with at best. We liked his house very much and the neighborhood was where we wanted to be. I can honestly say that if I had to deal with this guy the deal would have never been done. Mike and Suzanne kept their heads down and frustrations under control and plowed through this deal like Real Estate Super Hero's. True professional's in every sense of the word.

Truly an amazing team. They are the whole package! Got us in our perfect home. In the location we wanted at the price we wanted and they even got us a better deal than we ever expected to get! They communicated with us EVERYDAY through our buying process. They kept us well informed of every step! They truly made buying our home a dream come true. Mike and Susanne were nothing short of incredible. As a first time home buyer I was a rookie to the entire process. I had plenty of questions about the process and Mike and Susanne answered them all and kept me in the loop throughout every step from Day 1 to the day I had keys in my hand and even after I had been living in my new house for a month. They are true pros and helped me find my first home. I thought home buying was going to be stressful, but Mike and Susanne made it seem like a walk in the park.
