Buyer reviewAfter meeting Nicki Pogel both my girlfriend and I saw no reason to look any further. Her positive attitude, confidence, and knowledge were very obvious from the start. We immediately knew we were in the right hands. If we weren't available, she put time aside in her day to go see properties, sometimes late into the night, just to assure we had the best chances of seeing as much as possible to find something we would love forever. She knew exactly what we were looking for and even showed us things we didn't know we were missing. She was amazing!! I would highly recommend Nicki Pogel to any and everyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. When you feel like your with your friend rather than you realtor you just know you have made the right choice. Score out of 10: 11

She helped us thru all the ups and and downs that come with buying and selling and we could not be more thankful for all of her hard work on our behalf. I would recommend her to anyone that is in the market or could potentially be in the market because we would never use anyone else.

She consistently kept us abreast of any changes and concerns of both, the buyer, and the process. Nikki closely coordinated any inspections and assisted with all our documentation, again making a difficult process easy. I compliment you on your hiting processes, choice of representatives and posiive management treatment of your people. They must be very good and positive to gain and keep such an associate. Buyer reviewNicki's biggest challenge was dealing with me, I'm kind of a dick, and by kind of a dick I mean I'm a huge dick, and she managed to sell me a home the The old fashioned way, through chicanery, slight of hand, diverted attention, possibly voodoo or other form of mesmerization, as well as the promise of cookies. (OK- that was for fun) I know Nicki put a lot of work into making buying a home seem effortless for us. If you find yourself needing a real estate professional to help you through the home buying or selling maze, do yourself a favor and contact her. You won't regret it.
