When we decided to sell our house we knew we had to have Nicki as our realtor again. In the beginning we were planning to move to Beaufort . Then we made the decision to move back to Florida to be with our new grandson. She helped us pivot to make it happen. We did have a few hiccups through the process. Nicki was there to guide us and explain to us the process. We appreciate her time and patience with us and would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell their home !!!!

This is the second home we sold and third we purchased in the last 10 years and Mrs. Nicki Pogel is the most professional, knowledgeable, personable and understanding agent we have had. Nicki Pogel was all around awesome! She was very knowledgeable, she understood what our timeline was and what we wanted out of the selling of our property. She created an excellent strategy for listing and selling and it all went to plan. If in the market again I will be looking to work with her.

Nicki is your realtor if your looking for someone to work with that is like a bestfriend except you get stuff done while working together, if you need someone that can work well and laugh with your overly direct husband that needs to be censored, you need a realtor your child is excited to see everytime they come over, but in all seriousness Nicki is the ultimate realtor. She helped us buy our home, holding our baby girl for us as we looked through home after home and signed paper work. When it came time to sell our home we knew we wanted to use no one else but Nicki, my husbands work even offered to pay more of our closing costs if we used another realtor and we turned them down to use Nicki. Nicki worked tirelessly to help us sell our home in time for us to move across the country. She is organized, knowledgeable, and so much fun to work with. I know beyond a doubt that we wouldn't have accepted an offer on our home the first day it was on the market without all of Nicki's work leading up to it being put on the market. She makes mundane tasks fun and is so helpful throughout the process. We will forever be greatful that we found Nicki and all that she has helped us with! We are always telling people how delightful Nicki is to work with and have refered her numerous times! We are so happy Nicki has been a part of some of the biggest moments of our lives !

Nicki has been awesome throughout this entire process. This was our first time selling a home and Nicki made sure we had all the information we needed, had a plan in place, was knowledgeable and was able to use all of these things to calm our worries and help us keep the stress to a minimum. She always asked if we needed anything or if there was anything she could do for us. She made this whole process smooth and I can't praise her enough. Could not have a better person working with us to sell our house. She had open communication throughout the whole process. Answered every question in a timely manor. She was always willing to lend a helping hand for showings and when we were preparing for the sale.
