Buyer reviewKatie, once again, did an amazing job! This time around, she was helping with the buying of our new house. And this had a bit of a twist to it since it was my brother selling his house. At first, we didn't consider his house. But Katie said it checked off all our boxes and we just HAD to consider. Thank goodness we listened to her!! Things worked out perfectly and now we are in our forever home!! Once again, Katie went above and beyond! She made sure things were perfect and a simple transition for us! We had some changes to adjust to going from city utilities to well, but Katie had the magic touch, and everything worked out just fine. Closing was an absolute breeze. We had such a great experience! The team was amazing, just like last time. I'm not even sure what to add to all the positives we've experienced with Katie. She is just the greatest! She truly was made for this job. She does way more than she has to and it doesn't go unnoticed. My husband and I are so grateful to Katie for everything she has done for our family. Seller reviewKatie was the absolute best! I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful she was to work with. She made the process extremely easy. Once she knew exactly what we were looking for in a house, she got right on it. She made it fun, also! Buying & selling is a very stressful thing to do, on top of being pregnant and already having 2 kids and on a bit of a time crunch. Sometimes we'd be ready to just give up and say let's try again another time. But Katie never gave us any reason to believe that we couldn't do it or it wouldn't get done! She was our biggest motivator! Anytime she had good news for us, she made sure we got it right away & in person! She was very respectful & professional but also was very real. We love that about her! We are so happy we had Katie as our realtor. Truly, she made every single aspect of this process, from beginning to end, so easy & smooth. Our kids love Miss Katie & so does our dog! She is the best!
