We quickly valued Barry's opinion; while he would let us form our own opinion on a house we would ask him what he thought because of his experience and expertise. I think he knew what we wanted/needed more than we really did. Our relationship with Barry evolved from realtor - client to not only this classification but also friend. We trusted Barry and continue to trust Barry. He has been nothing but exceptional through the whole process. Barry was unavailable for a few showings and the two other women from his office that showed us houses in his place were fantastic as well.
