Buyer reviewI chose the Karas team because they took the time to actively listen to my wants, needs, desires and answered my questions without making me feel like I was a burden. They were very thorough and detailed when answering my questions and ensured I understand the entire process every step of the way. This was very important to me as a detailed person, 1st time home buyer. I wanted someone who would communicate WITH me, not AT me. The Karas team made me feel like a celebrity every step of the way during my home buying process. During my search I was very aggressive and wanted to buy a house quick! The Karas understood my desire, communicated quickly and meet my needs in a timely manner. My home buying process was flawless. It was such a blessing to have a wonderful realtor during my 1st experience!

We coyld not have been more pleased with their work on our behalf. Best money we ever spent! Selling a home during the Covid 19 pandemic was not easy but they made it happen and at a price we wanted. Joanie was always sensitive and encouraging to my wife, answering questions and generally being most helpful. Chris Karas was equally helpful and professional, encouraging and clear thinking. They make a great team and both my wife and myself hold them in the highest respect.

After seeing her throughout the summer from open houses, I wanted her to represent us in buying our new house and then to eventually sell our old house.
