Buyer reviewOur daughter and husband had Joanie and Chris for their agents to sell in Hudson Oaks, and buy in Midlothian. We were amazed at how professional the transition from one house to the other was for them. We had considered using the agent that had sold us our house in Weatherford 8 years ago, but when we saw the efficiency of both Joanie and Chris, it was a no brainer. And they both delivered!! Our house in Weatherford sold within the day that it was listed , $15,000 more than what it was listed for and we love the home they found us in Waxahachie!! We were well informed of the selling of one house and the buying of the Waxahachie house. We were well informed each step of the selling and buying process, so every step was seamless!!
