Seller reviewThis is our second home sale together. I really admire her patience with the entire home selling/buying process. I worked with the same real estate agent for over 20 years. We bought 12 investment properties together. When she retired, I was still wanted to buy investment properties, and I needed a new agent. I was lucky on my first try to find Jessica. She helped me buy an investment property in 2020. After Covid and the eviction moratorium, I decided to stop renting properties and begin selling properties as they became vacant. So far, Jessica and I have been able to sell two properties. I am looking forward to selling more homes with Jessica.
