Buyer reviewIf I am going to buy or sale property, Machelle is the only agent I would go to. She is a very honest, hard working agent. She will take out the extra work you would have to do if you were dealing with another agent. I know, I deal with real estate agents all the time in my business- Arrow Termite & Pest Control. I have been dealing with Machelle for years and hopefully will be dealing with her for many more.

Buyer reviewWe have dealt with Dave Barton previously when relocating to South Carolina. He is the best realtor you could ever deal with, he is very professional without being stuffy. He goes out of his way to make sure you get the property you want. If any issues arise, he is quick to take care of it. His communication skills are awesome, you always know what is going on.............no surprises.

Machelle Cox clearly worked hard behind the scenes to ensure maximum return during sale, fine tuning some details of the contract that less experienced realtors would not have known how to handle. I appreciate the hard work Machelle put in to turn my property around. As an out-of-state seller, Machelle's knowledge of good-value contractors in the area was critical for me in transitioning my property from a 7-year rental to selling condition in 1 week -- an exceptional turnaround time. I was able to personally visit the property after listing, and was nothing but impressed with the results.

Buyer reviewI have never dealt with an agent that was as thorough as Dave Barton. I would highly recommend him and definitely would rate him a 10! Not much more to say. This was my third home purchase and by far the best one I have had. Dave was always reminding me of things that I had to do and then a follow up phone call. Everything went well. He always returned my phone calls quickly and I felt that he could locate the right house for me.

Buyer reviewWe absolutely love Machelle and feel like she is a part of our family. We purchased another home with her back in 2009 and have sent friends to her as well. She's always looking out for us and keeping our best interest in mind. She tells us exactly what needs to be done and is more than willing to take the time to explain anything we may not understand. She took time away from her vacation to make sure our closing would close on time because she knew how vital it was for us to be in our new home as soon as possible. I don't know many agents who would do that for a client. She treats us like we are a part of her family and our children adore her. We will continue to use Machelle and refer all of our friends and family to her as well. We could not have asked for a better agent.
