Seller reviewMachelle Cox is a rockstar agent! I've known Machelle for years as I was an agent myself at one point. I've always been impressed with her vast array of knowledge in areas such as staging, repairs, the current market in terms of pricing and availability, and so much more. Machelle helped me and my wife buy a new house and sell our old house and she did great in both transactions. I've been recommending Machelle to friends for a little while now and it was great to see her action for my personal buying and selling deals.

She was easy to get in touch with and answered any questions or concerns that I had right away. I am grateful that she was there when I was ready to purchase my first home. If the time comes for us to move from here, I will not hesitate to contact Machelle again. I also have no problem recommending her to my friends and family if they are in the need of an amazing agent for their future homes. She was wonderful!

Buyer reviewMachelle Cox has been vital to my relocation to the Charleston area. I've only had one opportunity to visit prior to making my purchase. She went above and beyond what a real estate agent should or would normally do in order to make my transfer go flawlessly. She made sure that I knew exactly how much home that I could afford. She let me know how much money I would need for every expense that came up well in advance. Any time that I had a question, comment, or concern she would find out the answer within a couple of minutes. Remember, I was buying the property while living in Suffolk, VA and did not have the opportunity to visit but once during the buying process.

Her expertise was pivotal in turning a rental property that was in poor repair from bad tenants and over a decade in the rental market to sale that maximized it's sales placement within what was possible for its attributes and location. I expect that she will continue to provide sound advice to homeowners and potential buyers to be the pivotal force multiplier for their needs! Machelle is the broker that you want in all respects! She completely turned around a property that was poorly managed while working for Agent Owned and set our minds at ease as a property manager while we were stationed overseas with the Navy. Upon our return to the USA, she executed a regimine of repairs and improvement to obtain top dollar on the sale of our home! She has my highest recommendation as a property manager and as a sales broker! GREATLY EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS!
