Seller reviewI first made contact with Shannon Mcroberts as a potential buyer in the area. His response time and information gathering for me was much better than any of the other local agents I contacted. The others treated me like a "tire kicker" and Shannon treated me like a client. I ended up finding some properties I bought direct from the owners but when it came time to sell them, I knew immediately I wanted to contact Shannon. If he treated me so well as a potential buyer, I knew he'd treat my potential buyers the same. We have a 2nd property listed with him now and will be happy to use him again in the future.

Buyer reviewShannon was always attentive to me, by phoning, visiting properties for me, and listening to any concerns or issues I might have...would definitely use him again! When it came time for the document signings & follow up he did a thorough job! Shannon and I connected with first conversation, and we moved forward from there....he was attentive to my needs which was quite important.
