Buyer reviewShannon and Dani were out-of-state, unknown realtors to us at the beginning of our home search process. By closing, we consider them to be family friends, and now, neighbors! Shannon and Dani worked with our out-of-state travel schedules for multiple home showings, had great knowledge of the land and area, and were extremely responsive. They negotiated for us with the seller, worked through difficulties with our own lender, found local inspectors, obtained an existing survey on our property, and they worked closely with the seller's realtor to move the process along as quickly as possible. They're trustworthy, were so considerate of our specific wishes in a home, wanted us to be happy with our decisions, and an all-around "Dream Team"! These two are a force and we're so appreciative for their diligence throughout the entire process!
