A sixteen year veteran in the local real estate market, Andrea is a recipient of the Centurion Award from Century 21 Real Estate as well as the Quality Service Award. Andrea is a past President of the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors and served on most Board positions. In addition she chaired the Realtor Home and Patio Show. Andrea grew up in a Navy family, relocating many times until her family settled in Fernandina Beach thirty-eight years ago.

Buyer reviewThis ended up being a tricky one. Andrea Hatton was with me from start to finish. She stayed in constant contact with my mortgage broker, who was referred to me many years ago by Andrea and is also wonderful, as well as communicating often with the Listing Agent and kept pushing forward even when there were obstacles & delays. She dealt with all the last Minute craziness, holding my hand when I needed it and giving anyone who needed a shove a shove.
