This is my fifth or six time buying/selling using Dan Rike. He was amazing helping me acquire a $1.3 million dollar property in 2017, selling $500k properties in E.Washington in 2019 & 2020, and and now selling a $900k condo in 2022. Dan is professional, knowledgeable, and knows how to sell and buy properties/homes. Dan's very creative, and with this market, this is exactly what you need. Seller review

Dan had a qualified buyer on the first day, who made an offer well above the asking price. Everything he said was accurate and what he did worked. It was an enjoyable experience working with Dan. He knows his business!!! The property sold and close quickly at over asking (Which seemed reasonable based on any analysis.) Everything went according to plan. (No surprises.) It was an excellent experience. I had 2 choices through my Company. Both were professional and presented similar data. Dan and Jennifer were in constant contact and sent a stager over to review my property and make suggestions at no obligation. The real reason for my selection, he and Jen were likable, pleasant, assertive, persistent and knowledgeable. He brought his team of professionals in to assist. With 20/20 hindsight, it was a great decision. Your normally don't have that experience.

I highly recommend Dan Rike if you need to sell or buy your home. Honest, reliable, and dependable. He has a lot of experience in the real estate market along with construction knowledge. He helped me navigate my way through my first sell. Very stressful, but I knew I was in good hands which made all the difference. Would use again!!

He knew how to handle my Mother in-law's house sale. He also got a very good price. Everything went smooth. I like the Dan and Jennifer team. Always get the job done quickly and smoothly. He doesn't just list, He gets the maximum amount for the property. He fights for mo money in sellers wallet. I'm sure their nice but, Dan and Jennifer have been all me, my friends and relatives have need to navigate through the processes. Dan also talked to neighbors and had a back up offer of sale price. Didn't need to use it, but it's the extra effort I like. Always smooth and quick with Dan and Jennifer.
