I've always wanted the most I could get out of the properties I've sold. ( 4 plex, duplex condos, friends houses.) Dan always hit record numbers by far. Other Realtors said it couldn't be done., I'm sure their nice, but Dan and Jennifer get the job done. Dan does follow through better than any Agent I've seen. Between me my friends and relatives he has excelled in pricing of properties and cut down time to closing. I've known him for years. I've seen his interest in getting his Client the most out of the property. Not just selling for his interest. Dan and Jennifer do an excellent job to get to closing. They take care of both parties fairly and answer questions very fast. Take on the job very personal. Like your the only one.

Dan was an absolute delight to work with. I interviewed other agents and Dan fully understood where we were coming from. He understood the struggle and years of pain associated with a rental property- I knew he was the right person to handle the property sale. He was very hands on during the preparation/listing process and had a lot of knowledge about the local market. He advised on staging. The property was under contract in a matter of days- 20k above asking price. Dan kept an eye on things which we greatly appreciated (since we lived an hour away from the property). He guided us through a long and challenging closing with dignity and grace. I would recommend him to anyone and I would use him again.

We met with Dan because he was selling the house next door; had worked with the clients to improve it and we thought he could help us with ours. He and his wife did a WONDERFUL job helping us to sell our house IN FOUR DAYS!!! He was also very helpful in the purchase of our new house, even though it was in a new development and we didn't need a lot of support for that. He took us on a ton of house viewings to help us locate the perfect house- including some out of the way and strange properties - just to make sure we were seeing everything we wanted to. He was very patient and flexible and willing to help. I really appreciated Dan's GREAT service. We had some very VERY minor communications issues at one point, but once addressed they were never repeated. Dan is an absolute rockstar and provides the best service level we've ever see over a MULTITUDE of realtors we've ever worked with.
