Julie and her husband grew up in Le Mars and lived in Colorado for 10 years before deciding to move back to Le Mars with their 2 young daughters. She says she loves being a "hometown, homegrown girl." She said she was inspired to enter real estate by the process of selling their current home. Julie was terrific throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable about the area real estate market and came with a sound marketing strategy at the outset. Julie was always super helpful, friendly, and responsive and she also has great knowledge of other resources that may relate to a sale such as auction companies, donation facilities, garbage removal, etc. We couldn't be happier with Julie's help with the sale of the house.
