Julie and her husband grew up in Le Mars and lived in Colorado for 10 years before deciding to move back to Le Mars with their 2 young daughters. She says she loves being a "hometown, homegrown girl." She said she was inspired to enter real estate by the process of selling their current home. Julie is very understanding about what a person is looking for in a home. She was extremely helpful through the entire process with being a first time home biter. Julie will take the time to find your perfect home and will not push you just to make a sale. When I went to an open house Julie was showing the house, even though it was not her listed property. I liked her personality and her knowledge of that property. I choose Julie to help me find my home from that day back in March. Julie is a great agent to work with! I will definitely recommend her if I know of someone buying a new home!
