Julie and her husband grew up in Le Mars and lived in Colorado for 10 years before deciding to move back to Le Mars with their 2 young daughters. She says she loves being a "hometown, homegrown girl." She said she was inspired to enter real estate by the process of selling their current home. Julie did many open houses, had other agents look at the home and gave us suggestions to help get it sold. She always gave us a report after any showing or open house letting us know how it went. All the the staff we talked with was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything went very well. Julie is very friendly and dedicated to getting the deal done. She handled any questions we had with professionalism and was eager to help us with anything. She was always polite treated us with respect and concern. I would recommend Julie to anyone I know interested in buying or selling their home.

Julie was a very valued partner....she encouraged us to ask more than what we thought we would get for our property and also encouraged us to "hold the line" on a couple of offers that came in...which eventually netted us a full price offer!! It was because of her that we made more on the sale of our home than we ever thought possible.
