Julie and her husband grew up in Le Mars and lived in Colorado for 10 years before deciding to move back to Le Mars with their 2 young daughters. She says she loves being a "hometown, homegrown girl." She said she was inspired to enter real estate by the process of selling their current home. Julie really took the time and patience with my husband and I. She knew when I wasn't quite understanding or she repeated herself and tried to explain to me any questions I had. I will certainly recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy a house. With Julie, I felt comfortable and not afraid of asking questions. If we had any questions throughout the weeks leading up to closing, she got back to us right away. Julie always kept us in the loop. Julie was Awesome!!!

Julie knew what we were looking for in a home and location. She called when she found it. First walk through did not convience my husband but she was patient and took us through a second time, that did it he was sold putting in an offer before we discussed it. There were some questions along the way as we had a house to sell...no problem she handled that and in less than 2 weeks we accepted an offer and we are now all moved in to our new home. Thank you Julie you were awesome.
