Seller reviewKelley's 20 yrs of experience and the preparation she brought to our first meeting sealed the deal. Kelley staged the house the day after we met. The house went on the market Friday afternoon. Saturday all viewing slots were booked and the 3 hour open house had a line out the door. By Sunday we had 11offers for review. Kelley then used her 20 yrs of experience to guide me through dealing with the offers,, the inspection, the appraisal and the closing. The professionals she located to correct items thrown up by the inspection were first rate. She was always accessible by phone and accompanied me during each step of the process. I felt very lucky to have her as my agent. Her 20 yrs of experience and love of what she does shows. The couple who conducted the open house were also helpful and professional. The most important thing Kelley did was to help me get top dollar for my home.
