Always willing to do more than is required. Kelley is all the above and more. She has gone above and beyond the requirements of a Real Estate Agent! She never comes across as 'just there to earn her commission'. She actively seeks out ways to help. My investment house was placed in the MLS one day, had two contracts the next day, and closed a week later. $5000 above the asking price. I attribute this largely to Kelley's enthusiasm, knowledge, and energy!

Seller reviewMy mom suddenly became sick and passed within 4 months. We were mentally exhausted at the end and needed to get her house sold. I have known Kelley since I was a teenager and trusted her implicitly. She immediately took hold of the house and made it painless and quick. Kelley never pushed us one way or the other, gave us the facts and helped lead us to the best decision for our family. We weren't necessarily interested in taking the highest offer, we wanted another family/children to grow up in the home we had so many memories in. 2 years later Kelley helped us build our "first home" that was not issued by the military. She handled everything for us as we were in California and building in Texas. 4 years later Kelley helped us sell our home. We listed and had accepted an offer well over asking price in TWO days. It was smooth from start to finish. We recommend Kelley 110%, you will never be disappointed. We not only value her as our realtor but she is also a friend.
