She's prompt, proactive, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional as well as cordial. I really can't think of how she could've served our needs better this time with our purchase or the previous time with our rental. The ratings speak for themselves. Kelley is genuinely kind, approachable, and she's worrying about the details at 10pm just like we are. We actually loved the late night emails when necessary to ensure the transaction was kept on schedule, with crossed t's and dotted i's. I don't recall any time when a question tripped up Kelley or that she provided bad information. If she needed to update or correct anything, it was done promptly. She explained the process to us step by step, and deferred to the mortgage broker when necessary to get us the best information.
