My career as a Real Estate Broker started when I was just a 15-year-old teenager. I was a laborer for a construction company in the summertime till I graduated High School. When I graduated High School, I went into construction full time. I was building houses for many years, then one day, I got tired of being told what to do, working in the cold and dying in the heat, so I decided I should sell these houses instead of building them. I went and took the real estate exam. When I received the letter that I passed, I quit construction the very next day. Construction was a great way to learn about what I'm selling for my sellers and buyers. Construction helped me become a better Broker for the clients that I represent. I knew I had found my calling in Selling Residential and Commercial Real Estate. After just three years, I became a top producer in my region. I have now been a top producer for over 30 +years now in the North Shore, South Shore & Greater Boston region. Very Experienced Broker is very important in helping Sellers and Buyers, especially in today's market and the challenging economy. Seller reviewIt was a pleasure working with Phil Condolo from the very beginning. He showed up at my home with comps of similar homes and lots the first time we met after speaking on the phone with him. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew how to best market the sale of my home, and it paid off! We had an offer the very first day Phil listed my hone and a week later I was signing the purchase and sale agreement, all thanks to him. After that Phil was sending me MLS listings of apartments to take a look at and even showed me a condo that I was hoping to get into. Due to condo being a bit too large for me, I declined, but Phil was with me the whole way. I would recommend him if anyone is in the market to sell their home. He was the best, and I will definitely work with him again.

The process of buying a home can be extremely stressful especially when all the pieces to the puzzle do not fall right into place. I had a tragic death in my family the same week we were scheduled to close. I was feeling defeated and wanted to call off the deal. Phil was so easy to talk to. Phil saw that I was emotionally overwhelmed. He took the initiative to communicate with all parties involved in my behalf to modify the closing process which allowed me to be with family during our difficult time. Buyer reviewI had also, at same time used Mr. Consolo to sell my previous home. It was a combined selection. He had gotten a much higher price than I considered possible for my former home. He is a talented salesman. The reason for my move was that I was unable to take any more of a difficult neighbor (owner of the other half of a"condex."). Mr. Consolo was my hero, getting him to cooperate with the paperwork, etc. needed for the sale. The property was offered at a great price, Mr. Consolo told me to act fast, so I did. I only tacked on a bit over asking for my offer. I was lucky I followed his advice to be quick. There were many other interested buyers, but she had already accepted my offer. His knowledge of he area was crucial to my decision. He also had a clear understanding of what I was looking for in light of my personal situation. I would definite recommend Mr. Consolo as a realtor, especially for selling one's home (His being familiar with and in tune with the latest offerings help him as a buyer's agent.) .
