My career as a Real Estate Broker started when I was just a 15-year-old teenager. I was a laborer for a construction company in the summertime till I graduated High School. When I graduated High School, I went into construction full time. I was building houses for many years, then one day, I got tired of being told what to do, working in the cold and dying in the heat, so I decided I should sell these houses instead of building them. I went and took the real estate exam. When I received the letter that I passed, I quit construction the very next day. Construction was a great way to learn about what I'm selling for my sellers and buyers. Construction helped me become a better Broker for the clients that I represent. I knew I had found my calling in Selling Residential and Commercial Real Estate. After just three years, I became a top producer in my region. I have now been a top producer for over 30 +years now in the North Shore, South Shore & Greater Boston region. Very Experienced Broker is very important in helping Sellers and Buyers, especially in today's market and the challenging economy. Buyer reviewThe most important (in this difficult and tricky transaction) was Phil's amazing patience. In a field that is so heavily dependent on commission he stuck with me for almost a full year to find and (finally) close on an investment property.
