My career as a Real Estate Broker started when I was just a 15-year-old teenager. I was a laborer for a construction company in the summertime till I graduated High School. When I graduated High School, I went into construction full time. I was building houses for many years, then one day, I got tired of being told what to do, working in the cold and dying in the heat, so I decided I should sell these houses instead of building them. I went and took the real estate exam. When I received the letter that I passed, I quit construction the very next day. Construction was a great way to learn about what I'm selling for my sellers and buyers. Construction helped me become a better Broker for the clients that I represent. I knew I had found my calling in Selling Residential and Commercial Real Estate. After just three years, I became a top producer in my region. I have now been a top producer for over 30 +years now in the North Shore, South Shore & Greater Boston region. Very Experienced Broker is very important in helping Sellers and Buyers, especially in today's market and the challenging economy. Buyer reviewI was set on purchasing a highly desirable property and there were many bids and a 24 hour deadline. I knew it was critical to have a heavy hitter that would stop at nothing to make sure I secured it. So I had to let the previous agent go, and call in Phil. His reputation for being able to get you whatever you want had proceeded him. His connections, experience, and dedication lend to his skill set of broker superpowers. And sure enough, he got it for me. I know another agent would not have been able to make that possible. Phil made sure that everything was handled quickly, correctly, and, most importantly, worry free. I felt safe during the entire process knowing I could trust him to take care of anything that came up. He was able to communicate with owners, lenders and agents to get answers to all of my many questions. I only wanted this particular complex, no other, and phil made it happen!! Immediately got me in to see the unit that was up for sale, put an offer in that day, and by that evening, sellers accepted the offer.
