Rita was referred to me by a neighbor that lived in the neighborhood of my mother's property. She was highly recommended. I really enjoyed working with her due to her expertise, knowledge and warmth. It was a difficult sale because although my mother's property was lovely and in demand, it was an older manufactured home that did not qualify for a 433 so the lending rate was double that of a conventional loan and we really needed a buyer to come in with cash so I understand why it took longer to sell.
