I was planning to downsize to a condominium and Rita patiently showed me many, including the one I ultimately bought and love. She was very perceptive of my wants and needs. I had never bought or sold a home and was real estate illiterate. Rita provided me with a wealth of information regarding both my condo purchase and the ultimate sale of my home.
