Seller reviewWe meet Rita at an open house, we had a previous agent we worked with, but we weren't really happy with the way this agent was going to deal with our house and then my husband remembered Rita, and we met a lot of realtors while trying to decide what to do, we remembered her because she listens, she is not trying to convince you to do anything you don't want to do, we were amazed by the very first time we did and appointment of how knowledgeable she was, together with her son, Derek, they were extremely professional but also friendly and I loved that they helped us emotionally because we were selling our very much loved house. Buyer reviewAs a first time home-buyer, Rita and her team were able to go above and beyond in the whole purchase of our home. From the beginning of the search, she was able to show us all sorts of homes, and give us space, so we can wonder off in the home and comeback to her with questions. We never felt rushed, as we started looking months before we actually purchased. The whole process went smooth, she and Derek were their answering and updating us in process, explaining each step. Always was available to answer any questions we had. Recommend to anyone who is buying a home, especially if its your first time!
