Seller reviewHaving known Sue Norris since I was a child, she was the only agent/broker I ever considered. She checked in during our renovation process, offered suggestions and guided us through the transition from what could be called a "flip" to the most sought after home in the neighborhood. Sue made the process easy and uncomplicated. She was very thorough and fully explained the contracts and answered all of our questions. I'd never sold a house prior to this and she made an normally anxiety-laden experience smooth and stress-free. Sue priced our home perfectly. Her knowledge of the market was spot on. If we ever have another home to sell, we would absolutely consider Sue again. We wanted to go with her this time because of historic relationships, but would reach out the next time due to her expertise and professionalism.

Seller reviewSuzanne's vast knowledge of real estate and the Phoenixville area made this process and sale a breeze! I was not ready to leave this area and already had my back up thinking this was going to be a difficult process. Well I was turned around quickly by Suzanne. Once I invited her to my home to sell she quickly assisted me in pointers to make my house appealing and get top dollar. I followed her suggestions and was able to get right in the ball park of the selling price, she even went so far as to bring in her own things to stage my house, and it sold in a week, now that's real shock and awe! Suzanne is a true professional that had my back throughout the entire process especially when things got a little dicey. Suzanne has a solid sales reputation in the area and that was the reason for my selection. Absolutely stellar job!!!!
