Seller reviewWe moved to China for a temporary work assignment, and had to leave the USA before we listed our house. Suzanne developed a very thorough and smart marketing strategy for our home, and convinced us to list at what we assumed would be an awkward time and price. We're glad we listened to her: we had several good offers within 2 weeks and sold at our asking price a few weeks later. Suzanne made a very stressful and uncertain experience into a positive one, with a highly satisfactory outcome. There were all sorts of complications and issue with our situation before and during the closing period, but Suzanne worked things out smoothly. We recommend her without hesitation.

Given that this property was a short-sale, I spent over 8 months in the 'purchasing process' and thank God I had Suzanne by my side and guiding me the whole time. This was my first time buying a home, and it was overwhelming... Suzanne made the whole process smooth and calm while taking the time to help me understand the process. She went above and beyond, in my opinion, helping me get set up with electricians, painters, etc....even after settlement occurred. She has made herself available even after the purchase of the home was complete. I know I can count on her with any housing issues/support I may need in the future. I wouldn't go to anyone else!! Suzanne was on top of everything throughout this long process, and always did it with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency. Brian is awesome and huge support! Whole office was very friendly- very grateful to all of them!
