Seller reviewExcellent experience! I could not have renovated and prepared the house for sale without Suzanne Norris's help and guidance. Suzanne was a gem during the entire process. She was amazing with everything. So knowledgeable, kind, professional, understanding and helpful. I was out of town and she kept the entire process organized. The house was ready for the market right before covid hit, but once showings could happen, she was on top of private showings and we got 3 offers very fast within a week. I will be referring her to everyone I know looking for a realtor and using her again in the future. Thank you Suzanne!! Forever Grateful!!

About as wonderful of an experience as we could hope for - we felt assured the sale was being properly handled and comfortable that Suzanne was guiding the sale through to completion. Everything was incredibly smooth from the initial meeting through closing. Suzanne listened to our concerns, provided realistic feedback to us, and kept us informed as our house was sold.

Seller reviewWhen first meeting Suzanne, I immediately felt respected and that I was working with someone that has a lot of professional experience along with being very personable. This sell wasn't in the best of circumstances for me and she made it very easy to work through all the necessities while being very kind about it. I felt like the whole process from first meeting to closing went very smoothly. I only had to do my part of the work presenting information and coming to agreements on what needed to be done. It was very easy to communicate by text, e-mail or phone which aren't all available depending who I worked with in the past. Every detail was covered and I was greatly satisfied with the service. I recommend Suzanne Norris and Dee McClimton (I apologize if I managed to spell that wrong) for buying or selling. They are very friendly, respectful and know how to work with you to meet your needs.
