Buyer reviewAlthough it isn't the best idea to represent both the seller and the buyer, we took a fantastic risk: we asked Zan Davis to represent us, my wife and I, as the buyer. She was objective and supportive of both us and the seller. She was extremely personable, listened intently, and had our best interests at heart through the entire process. If an answer was unknown or a situation was unclear, Zan was assertive and proactive to obtain the needed answers. She's not only our realtor but a person we will consider a friend for years to come!!
