Zan Davis is a natural salesperson. I really appreciated her direct forthright manner. She did a great job representing me, and made sure I understood all the transactions. Her positive and cheerful personality made the sales and negotiations less stressful. This is the third time I've used a realtor to sell property. I did not experience the level of support that was provided by Zan Davis at century 21 in my previous sales. Every time I reached out with questions or concerns, Zan replied quickly. She also reached out to me, giving progress reports and checking to see if I needed any information. I highly recommend Zan Davis to all. She has worked above and beyond my expectations. Zan is a trustworthy professional with excellent communication skills. She's very responsive and accessible. She answered our calls at all times, and returned messages quickly. Sometimes I wondered when she slept! She researched every question and came back with specific and clear responses. She's an advocate for you in the purchase and sales of your home. I trusted Zan right away and every bit of advice she gave worked out for us. We decluttered and deep cleaned like she suggested which made our home stand out. She held our open house during a scary surge in Covid cases in a way that made us feel comfortable. She bought masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and spray. She didn't make us feel weird about our Covid protocols. She never tired of taking us out to look for the ideal home and determined not to prejudice in any way when looking. It was clear she wanted us to get the best home our money could offer, and we did. The home Zan found for us was better than we'd hoped for. Really lovely with a park like backyard on a cul de sac and near a trail. I'm 100% satisfied and highly recommend Zan to others. The brokers were excellent, as well. Ricardo explains every detail of the financial transaction, provides multiple models and responds quickly to calls and emails. His colleague, Julie, provided documentation to help our children quickly register for school and assisted with the transaction, as well. This is an all around professional office. I had a terrific experience with buying and selling my home and would use and refer these services.

Zan did an outstanding job. We had challenging sellers who didn't use an agent but Zan worked through all their issues and concerns to help us buy the house we wanted. She was truly a blessing to our family as we navigated this home purchase.
