We feel that Zan went above and beyond what we have experienced with other realtors. She was sensitive to our concerns and needs and always tried to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We highly recommend her.

Seller reviewZan is enthusiastic and very positive. Her personality and real-estate knowledge were major deciding factors in selecting a new agent to sell our home. Our house was not an easy sale. It was dated and both Zan and I were told we'd never get the money for the house based on other sales in the area. That information proved to be false as we were able to sell the home above what was expected. Zan was wonderful to work with and her positivity kept us motivated to make as many improvements as we could. She was always willing to go above and beyond what is expected of your typical businessperson. I would strongly recommend Zan for any real estate need! Zan was genuine and fun to work with. She was definitely willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we received the best value for our home sale. She always called back or got in touch with us if we had questions, and always took into consideration our suggestions for improving our house sale. She was approachable; not once did we feel intimidated when working with Zan. Zan is a go-getter. Never once did we feel that our house was being neglected when it came to advertising, marketing, or open house sessions. She was a pleasure to work with.
