Buyer reviewRichard listened to what we wanted; has a deep knowledge of the local area and market; goes above and beyond for his clients; promptly answers any questions and made an unexpected cross country job relocation somewhat less chaotic. We (myself and my wife) really appreciate everything he has done for us. He also has great patience and understanding when you have to bring your kids along every time you go to look at a house or have a meeting with him, since you don't know anyone in the area to leave them with!

Seller reviewRichard's ability to build total trust is remarkable. I just felt that he could or would just handle it. He made it comfortable to just let him run with it. Any time a doubt or issue seemed to build in my mind I'd just give him a call on his cell phone and he would settle my mind in moments. Basically I just did it the way he said. I just knew he would do exactly what was best. We just moved out and let him do it all......and no we didn't feel that we needed to go to the closing. Richard thank you for putting our minds at rest, you're the man ! I'd like to add that Richards very successful military career is much appreciated and weighed heavily in my confidence in him. A man of character!
